AIC Partnership

Tomori Pal Foiskola (TPF) and Avicenna International College (AIC) have entered into a partnership for the benefit of international students. This partnership is focused on providing joint university foundation or diploma programs, as well as university degree programs offered by TPF and FEDE.

TPF and AIC both provide international high school degrees which are open to Hungarian and international students. The high school program at AIC consists of 1 year preparatory and 4 years (G9-G12) of education accredited by the Hungarian Government (OM number: 201799) as it can be seen on the Ministry website:

TPF high school is focused on business and commerce, while AIC high school provides a general degree or a degree for bio-medical studies.

TPF-AIC Programs

TPF and AIC have agreed to provide pre-university degree programs in English. These programs have been successfully provided by AIC for many years. Now, the two institutions have joined their resources and knowledge to provide even better and more structured programs for the benefit of our international students.

The following pre-university programs are offered jointly by TPF and AIC:

  1. Avicenna Diploma in Pre-Medical Studies (ADPS)

  2. Diploma in English Language Studies (DELS)

  3. Diploma in German language Studies (DGLS)

  4. Diploma in Business and Marketing (DBM)

  5. Diploma in IT and Technology (DITT)

  6. Diploma in Graduate Studies Pre-Master (DGSM)

  7. Diploma in Graduate Studies Pre-PhD (DGSP)

The following FEDE programs are offered jointly by TPF and AIC:

  1. FEDE – European Bachelor’s Degree: IT, Networks and Security

  2. FEDE – European Bachelor’s Degree: Digital Marketing

  3. FEDE – European Bachelor in Tourism and Hotel Management

  4. FEDE – European Master in Tourism and Hotel Management

The following Bachelor programs are offered by TPF:

  1. International Relations (BA in IR)

  2. International Business Economics (BA in IBE)

  3. Business Administration and Management (BA in BAM)

Dr. Shahrokh MirzaHosseini, the Vice-Rector for International Relations at TPF is also a member of the Board of Directors (Steering Committee) at FEDE.

Visa

All students of TPF-AIC will receive a Schengen study visa. After the application process is completed and the students receive a final Admission Letter from TPF-AIC, they should apply for a visa at one of the Hungarian Embassies or Consulates. Students are responsible to prepare and provide all the required documents. Students will also be required to prepare for a consular interview where they will be asked about their plans and intentions while in Hungary.

Applications

International students from all countries are encouraged to apply for TPF and AIC programs. We welcome applications around the year, but the courses normally start 2 or 3 times a year. We provide online education for those who have been admitted but are still waiting for their visa.

Avicenna – Semmelweis Scholarship

Qualified students can apply for full or partial support of their studies via Avicenna-Semmelweis Scholarship provided by Avicenna International College. This scholarship is advertised at specific times of the year for various fields of studies including the medical studies.
